We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Finance Director to lead the finance function, strengthen financial performance, and support key business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning & Performance

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term financial projections.
• Oversee management reporting and financial analysis, delivering meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets, identifying variances and recommending appropriate actions.
• Develop and enhance financial dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and accountability.

Business Partnering & Commercial Strategy

• Partner with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial strategies with business priorities.

• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Financial Governance, Controls & Reporting

• Oversee financial governance, internal controls, policies, and procedures to maintain strong financial discipline and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting and management information.
• Review and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and risk management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on audit, compliance, and other financial matters.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, building a collaborative and high-performing function.
• Establish clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations to support team effectiveness.
• Strengthen collaboration between finance and other business functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance capabilities, systems, workflows, and overall operational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline and above. Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA would be advantageous.
• 12–15 years of relevant finance experience, including substantial experience in a finance leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and business partnering.
• Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights and recommendations clearly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, with a commitment to team development and performance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative, sound judgement, and independence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
