What You’ll Be Doing

• Financial Planning & Performance Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, and performance analysis to provide insights into business trends and support informed decision-making.
• Pricing & Cost Management: Coordinate annual service pricing reviews and fee revisions, including financial assessments and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate new services, business proposals, and strategic initiatives through detailed financial analysis.
• Financial Modelling & Systems Enhancement: Support the implementation and improvement of finance and costing systems, including cost modelling for operational services.
• Billing & Data Validation: Review billing-related cases, validate financial information, and identify discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and process integrity.
• System Testing & Process Improvement: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance and billing system enhancements, ensuring that system changes meet business requirements.
• Scenario Analysis & Special Projects: Conduct financial simulations, scenario planning, and ad hoc analysis to support business strategies, operational improvements, and policy initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline and above.
• Relevant experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, management reporting, business partnering, costing, or commercial finance.
• Experience in the healthcare or public sector would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop practical recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across different business functions.
• Comfortable working with financial systems, large datasets, and process improvement initiatives.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute effectively to cross-functional projects.
