Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and accurate closing of accounts across subsidiaries, including review of journal entries, AP and AR transactions.
- Prepare group consolidation, financial statements and statutory accounts in accordance with SFRS(I) requirements.
- Manage SGX reporting, group forecasts and internal financial reporting to support Board and management requirements.
- Conduct analytical reviews of subsidiaries’ financial performance and ensure accuracy of reporting packs.
- Oversee corporate tax matters, transfer pricing activities and compliance with audit, tax and statutory requirements, liaising with auditors and tax agents
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to finance team members while supporting ad-hoc financial and corporate initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Possess strong technical knowledge in group consolidation and proficient in SFRS(I) and Income Tax Act
- Experience working in SGX-Listed Real Estate Firm
