About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about software engineering and excited to leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate innovation.

In this role, you will combine your software development expertise with modern AI-assisted engineering practices to design, build, and deliver scalable, production-ready applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality solutions while utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern development frameworks.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve software delivery and engineering productivity.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and high-quality code through testing, code reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, designers, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into applications and development workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI tools, and software engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience (8+ years for senior-level candidates).
• Strong experience developing scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js or Java.
• Experience working with AI coding assistants such as:GitHub CopilotCursorSimilar AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and effective AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience validating AI-generated code while maintaining security, quality, and maintainability.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within agile teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to engineering excellence.
