Head of Baking Production

Role Summary
You own and run a clean, consistent, and scalable production kitchen, while leading product development and innovation in specialty plant-based bakes.
Core Responsibilities
• Execute daily production with consistency
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation standards
• Uphold recipes, SOPs, and production workflows
• Lead development of new plant-based baked products (taste, texture, quality)
• Improve and refine existing recipes for consistency and scalability
• Manage inventory, prep planning, and fulfilment readiness
