Full Time HR Admin Assistant

Up to $2,600

Working location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Job Scope

• Manage calls, messages, and general front-desk duties

• Provide admin support (typing, filing, mailing, courier coordination)

• Handle renewals (insurance, permits, certifications) and liaise with vendors

• Raise POs in SAP and manage office/HR purchases

• Maintain staff records (attendance, leave, personal details)

• Support recruitment and onboarding (forms, orientation, system access)

• Assist in company events, welfare activities, and ISO/GMP documentation

• Prepare meeting minutes and coordinate training & medical check-ups

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma certificate with Human Resource or Business Management

• Candidates with experience in Infotech system will be advantage

• Able to multi-task, work independently and be meticulous in the work assigned
