Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers in assigned business units to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable HR initiatives and solutions.

  • Drive the implementation of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Coach and advise managers on talent-related matters.

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Champion employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Support organizational design efforts, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to optimize team structures and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices, and advise on reward strategies aligned with business unit performance.

  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

  • Lead or participate in various HR projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
