A technology firm is looking for a HR Executive

Your new role

HR Operations Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding all operational HR matters. Assist in implementing and managing HR processes effectively.

• Personnel Management: Prepare and execute personnel actions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, in collaboration with HR Services.

• Payroll & Organizational Support: Conduct preparatory tasks for monthly payroll processing and support the implementation of organizational changes.

• Project Involvement: Involve in area-specific projects, providing operational implementation, creating evaluations and presentations as needed

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• 1 years HR Generalist or in a similar HR role with divestment and/or M&A
• Experience with HR operations, such as onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening
