Position: Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Manager - CK Job ID:20207
Salary: basic up $6,500 + VB

Real Estate Industry

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing clients, including property presentations, NDA acquisition, and LOI acquisition
• Develop new and dormant clients through strengthening relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs) in group security company, participating in industry events, and exploring independent business channels
• Coordinate closely with the Japan-based overseas sales team
• Conduct weekly meetings to discuss client status and pipeline updates
• Work with the Japan team, who will select suitable properties for Singapore-based clients
• Handle client inquiries regarding property details and transactions
• Prepare client proposal materials, including property introduction materials, real estate divestment proposals, and seminar/study session materials
• Arrange client visits to Japan (in principle, on-site support in Japan is handled by the Japan team)
• Undertake overseas business trips as required (expected to be infrequent)

Requirements:

• Above Diploma in any discipline from recognized institutions.

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in real estate

• Possession of CEA Salesperson License would be must.

• Basic Office skill (Excel, Word etc)

• Working proficiency in Japanese is not a requirement but would better to have when liaising with Japanese speaking counterparts

• Positive work attitude, drive and resilience to meet challenges and achieve targets.

• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
