Job Description

· Industry/ Organization: Manufacturer (Carpentry, Interior Design & Renovation)

· Position Title: Site Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform site markings, supervise site activities and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections to check quality of work and identify defects or rectification needs.
• Arrange and coordinate delivery of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with clients, designers, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding site matters and project coordination.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress records, attendance, and documentation.
• Ensure workplace safety practices are followed and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist in scheduling manpower and coordinating work sequences among different trades.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate corrective actions promptly.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress and outstanding works.
• Verify completed works before handover and assist with project completion inspections.
• Monitor material usage and help control wastage and site costs.
• Ensure renovation works are completed within project timeline and budget requirements.

Requirements:

• Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

• Independent and able to multi-tasked.

• Good team player

• Strong ownership and proactive in learning

• At least 2 years of relevant local Singapore experience.
