We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments within our organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent, creating an excellent candidate experience, and contributing to our positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to job offer and onboarding.
• Sourcing & Screening: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.) to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
