Join a leading A1 main contractor as a Senior / Architectural Coordinator and contribute to the delivery of landmark building and civil projects across Singapore. Opportunities are available for both site-based and design-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams to resolve site and technical issues.
• Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor work progress and ensure architectural works meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and rectification works.
• Coordinate material submissions, sample approvals and relevant technical documentation.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with project requirements, regulatory standards and site safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building or a related discipline
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in site architectural coordination
• Candidates with more experience can be considered for more senior positions
