Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via email, online channels, and walk-ins to provide clear and helpful information promptly.
• Prepare accurate quotations, product information, and relevant sales documentation to support sales opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and enquiries to understand customer needs and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Process sales orders efficiently and provide timely updates to customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Develop product knowledge to answer product-related questions and consult the technical team for detailed specifications or clarifications are required.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely, responsive support that enhances satisfaction and fosters long-term partnerships.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Candidates with relevant sales-support, customer-service or order management experience will also be considered.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, sales coordination, or a related role is preferred.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating sales-related activities.
