This role involves handling import/export documentation, coordinating shipments, and supporting pricing and vendor management activities.

📦 Key Responsibilities

Operations & Documentation

• Coordinate end-to-end import/export shipments (IOR/EOR)
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, permits, etc.)
• Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance

Pricing & Vendor Coordination

• Respond to pricing enquiries and shipment-related queries
• Support rate comparison and selection of logistics partners
• Assist in sourcing and managing overseas agents/vendors

Compliance & Problem Solving

• Ensure shipments comply with trade regulations
• Handle shipment issues such as delays or documentation discrepancies
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes

✅ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics / shipping / freight forwarding
• Familiar with shipping documents and import/export processes
• Basic knowledge of TradeNet / permits is an advantage
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with overseas partners
