Job description

  • Position : IT Executive
  • Location : Loyang
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 Basic + 1-2 Months VB + Annual Increment + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 Day Every Year) + $500 Flexi Benefit

Responsibilities:

  • Support IT initiatives, digital projects, and system enhancement activities
  • Assist with business process mapping, documentation, and improvement
  • Gather user requirements, support system testing, and maintain related documentation
  • Prepare basic dashboards, reports, and data analysis for business reporting
  • Provide daily IT support to users across on-site, off-site, and remote environments
  • Assist with IT asset tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and basic IT procurement
  • Support cybersecurity awareness and good IT security practices
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and offshore partners on assigned tasks
  • Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and support audit preparation

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, business applications, and digital tools
  • Interest in IT operations, digital transformation, and process improvement
  • Able to support documentation, testing, reporting, and user coordination
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
