Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide solutions for product and service issues.
• Perform network setup, Windows command-line, and IIS troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of customer enquiries, incidents, and resolutions.
• Generate system logs, usage reports, and bug reports.
• Work with software developers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Keep updated on system changes, product information, and technical updates.
