Working hours: Day & night shift (12 hours)

Primary Responsibilities

* Perform line-sustaining activities, equipment repairs, and process monitoring to support production continuity.

* Execute preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and maintain accurate preventive maintenance schedules in IndySoft.

* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment using technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and written procedures.

* Support equipment qualification activities, including equipment setup, testing, and verification in partnership with engineering teams.

* Train and certify production operators on equipment operating procedures and process documentation.

* Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and equipment service records in accordance with site requirements.

* Monitor and update operational events, preventive maintenance activities, and assigned training requirements in designated systems.

* Promote a safe work environment by identifying safety hazards, maintaining 5S standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
