Brief Summary:
This position involves leading the planning, design and delivery of middle and back-office post trade technology solutions supporting Global Markets business expansion and operations transformation, including Equity and FICC across the Asia-Oceania region.
 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Operations Transformation Lead to convert the target operating model into technology and functional requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and improved controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop a phased implementation roadmap while prioritizing the local environment with scalability for regional expansion.
• Conduct structured vendor evaluations to assess functional fit, integration, and total cost of ownership.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, managing scope, budget, and resources.
• Maintain stakeholder coordination to achieve quality outcomes within timelines.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition to new systems.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in IT application system transformation and project management.
• In-depth understanding of trade lifecycles within global markets.
• Demonstrable experience in post-trade system implementation in capital markets.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple legacy systems.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS, SFC, HKMA) is desirable.
