Job Description

• Position Title: Junior Clinic Nurse
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + Allowance + 17-days of Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Book appointments and handle patient enquiries
• Arrange laboratory tests, radiology scans, inpatient admissions, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Follow up on laboratory, histology, radiology reports, doctors’ Letters of Certification (LCs), discharge summaries, operation notes, inpatient doctor’s notes, and outpatient case notes from other clinics
• Assist doctors during consultations as a chaperone
• Perform dressings and procedures assigned by doctors
• Send appointment reminders to patients and doctors
• Facilitate medical report requests and insurance pre-approval applications
• Perform end-of-day settlement of collected payments
• Check supplier invoices and submit them to the accountant for payment processing
• Maintain monthly clinic operation records
• Follow up on outstanding patient payments
• Manage clinic inventory and supplies
• Perform basic daily housekeeping duties
