Ensure accurate entry of policy and claim details to support smooth processing
Cross-check data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
Prepare and organise claim documents for submission
Support high-volume claims processing and meet turnaround time targets
Follow up with claimants, policyholders, and agents on missing information
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper claims handling
Support process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
