Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
Staggered Working Hours:
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 8:00am – 5:00pm / 5:30pm
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration, admission, transfer and discharge using relevant healthcare systems.
- Process payments and provide financial counselling for surgical procedures and services.
- Coordinate appointments, inpatient bed bookings and admission arrangements.
- Contact patients prior to procedures to confirm admission timings and provide preparation instructions.
- Retrieve patient records through Electronic Medical Record systems to support clinical operations.
- Attend to enquiries from patients and internal/external stakeholders regarding theatre facilities and services.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including supplies, inventory and vendor coordination.
