- Prepare and process shipping documentation including Import/Export, LC, Bill of Lading and FTA documents.
- Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
- Provide customer support on shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines and regulations.
- Arrange freight bookings and shipment scheduling according to company requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Send shipment documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
- Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies and logistics partners.
- Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
- Support overseas agents coordination and development of new accounts.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
