The Job

  • Participate and support in business activities which may include financial, technological, operational, resource planning, and process improvement projects & UAT
  • Contribute to senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback
  • Support in forums and committees to represent view of business area
  • Support the development and monitoring of internal governance activities
  • Investigating and seeking remedies for discrete issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
  • Evaluate and analyse management information relating to external service providers of their provision, monitor their performance and ensure service level agreements are honoured
  • Support new products and services demand with leverages on Group's servicing centres and functional units
  • Monitoring services providers performance, both inhouse and 3rd parties
  • Handle front office queries and support on process changes


The Talent

  • 3- 6 years of private banking/financial services, products and front to back operations matters
  • Understanding of operational process flows across PB related topics, eg Payments, Trade Settlement, Corporate Action, Security Transfer flows etc
  • Understanding of Front to Back workflows across PB related topics ranging from initiation of Client / FO instructions to transaction completion / posting in statements
  • Ability to analyse / highlight Operational gaps and effect process changes through collaborations with relevant Operation Leads
  • Strong stakeholder management skill, specifically supporting Front Office in terms of operational matters
  • Strong risk awareness and management
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsors
  • Proven ability to work across regions whilst maintaining a local and global perspective
  • Able to work independently, multi-tasking and under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management experience is a Plus
