Key Responsibilities

• Remove excess materials, scrap, and unwanted edges from precision-cut polymer sheets or rolls carefully without damaging the finished products.
• Count, sort, and pack finished products into the assigned trays, boxes, or bags according to company procedures.
• Check finished products for defects during the packing process, such as uneven cuts, dirt, or tears, and separate any defective items.
• Keep the workstation clean, organised, and safe. Dispose of excess materials properly to prevent mixing between different product batches.
• Apply the correct product labels, batch numbers, and quantity tags to finished packages. Complete basic production records accurately.
• Assist machine operators with daily production activities and report any equipment or material issues to the Production Supervisor.

• Experience handling adhesive tapes, rubber, or polymer materials will be an advantage.
