Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up MRF polishing machines for precision optical manufacturing.
• Perform loading, unloading, centering, and polishing of optical components.
• Conduct 2D and 3D measurements using metrology equipment such as Talysurf, Luphoscan, and ASI.
• Perform surface quality inspections and in-process checks.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Support optics processing activities including lacquering, cementing, de-cementing, and cleaning.
• Maintain workplace safety and 5S standards.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• min. Nitec /Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of CNC or precision manufacturing processes preferred.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and shift-based environment.
