Our client is a well-established company within the premium food distribution and supply industry, serving a diverse portfolio of hospitality, retail, and food service customers. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Officer (Order Processing) to join their operations team. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately through the company's ERP and order management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery scheduling, and inventory availability.
  • Monitor order status, shipment progress, and customer requirements to ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle order amendments, returns, cancellations, and related documentation in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain order records, sales documentation, delivery instructions, and transaction reports.
  • Liaise with customers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, product availability, and after-sales support.
  • Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and delivery-related matters.
  • Support inventory coordination and operational activities to ensure uninterrupted order processing.
  • Generate periodic reports and provide updates on order fulfillment performance and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with established operational procedures, documentation standards, and service requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, administration, or related operational functions will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with ERP, order management, or inventory management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
