Job description

Duration: 7 months contract

Location: 2 bus stop from Boon Lay or Pioneer MRT

Salary:     Up to $4000

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries through phone or email and generate leads

• Create and amend quotations as per salesperson and customer requirements

• Process sales orders and support the sales team with general operations

• Monitor goods readiness for orders and expedite with factory/suppliers for delivery schedules

• Maintain stock levels and request Material Requisition for purchasers

• Process proforma invoices and create delivery orders

• Follow up payments from customers before releasing goods

• Process delivery orders from Commercial Invoice and forward to finance for billing

• Coordinate with warehouse/service for customer deliveries, installation, and collection arrangements

• Update customers on order status and delivery schedules

Requirements:

O'level, Diploma

Well versed in Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Office software

Good administrative skills
