We are seeking an energetic and passionate Occupational Therapist to deliver impactful therapy services that help clients regain independence and improve quality of life. Join our dynamic team to redefine the future of healthcare through innovative technology and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop targeted intervention plans for a diverse pediatric caseload to achieve measurable client progress
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions utilizing cutting-edge software to manage client care efficiently
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to parents on assessment results and guide them in supporting their child’s skill development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tailor therapy approaches that address individual client needs and goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using digital tools
• Support clients’ families by coaching them on effective strategies to enhance the child’s functional abilities at home
• Adapt therapy interventions based on continuous evaluation of client outcomes and emerging best practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AHPC
• Registration with AHPC
• Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience, including pediatric population experience or placements for new graduates

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in supervisory roles, considered for Senior Occupational Therapist positions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage caseloads and optimize therapy outcomes
• Bilingual proficiency to enhance communication with diverse client families (advantageous for effective client engagement).
