Job Scope:
Perform venepuncture for the collection of blood specimens
Sorts and records all blood specimens collected and dispatched to the laboratory
Practice Universal Precautions throughout the procedure
Assist to identify and implement changes in the work processes of the phlebotomy service
Perform any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
A Higher Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
Candidate with a cert in phlebotomy is at advantage
Able to work independently
