Part-Time Clinic Assistant

MyDoctor Group is looking for experienced Part-Time Clinic Assistants to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic clinical duties at the front counter

• Submit medical claims (TPAs, CHAS, MediSave)

• Dispense medications accurately

• Handle transactions and ensure proper documentation

• Assist doctors during consultations (e.g. ECG, wound dressing, nebulisation, translation support, etc.)

• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or doctors

Requirements

• Interest in healthcare and patient care

• Computer-literate with basic IT skills

• Able to multitask and work under pressure

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Able to commence work at short notice

• Willing to travel between multiple locations (Admiralty, Balestier, Canberra, Choa Chu Kang, Lakeside)
