📋 Job Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at the polyclinic.

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate specialist consultation referrals.

• Handle payments and respond to patients' enquiries professionally.

• Address patient concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation when necessary.

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to patients.

• Assist at the health monitoring station according to the roster, including measuring patients' height, weight and blood pressure.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum completed N/O Level, A Level, NITEC, Private Diploma or Local Diploma.

• Comfortable using computers for patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment processing.

• Must be flexible to start work as early as 7:00am on rostered days.
