Working Hours: Any 5 days, Mon–Sat | 42 hours/week
Mon–Fri: 8am–5:30pm / 8:30am–6pm | Sat: 7am–4pm

Job Scope:

• Arrange surgery, operating theatre and bed bookings
• Handle booking calls and appointment scheduling
• Attend to patients' booking enquiries
• Provide hospital and department information
• Handle service recovery and general Booking Office duties
