Join a healthcare transformation programme where you’ll bridge business needs, laboratory workflows and technologyto support the successful onboarding of systems and test reporting processes to the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR).

As a System Process Analyst, you’ll work closely with users, vendors and project stakeholders to analyse processes, translate requirements into system solutions, coordinate testing and support the programme through to implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse existing laboratory workflows and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.

• Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear system requirements.

• Support the transformation and onboarding of laboratory systems and test reporting processes to NEHR.

• Work closely with users, vendors and project stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, defect tracking and resolution.

• Monitor and manage system defects, ensuring issues are documented, followed up and resolved within agreed timelines.

• Prepare and maintain business requirements, process flows, functional documentation and other project-related materials.

• Support system implementation activities and ensure solutions align with operational and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to healthcare digitalisation and compliance initiatives.

• Support other project and process analysis activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.

• Diploma holders with relevant healthcare IT experience may also be considered.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, clinical systems, laboratory information systems (LIS) or healthcare operations.

• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system implementation, UAT coordination and defect management.

• Experience working with end users, vendors and multiple project stakeholders.

• Exposure to healthcare systems such as LIS, EMR, HIS or NEHR-related projects will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to understand business workflows and translate operational needs into practical system requirements.

• Good understanding of testing methodologies and issue management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge of HL7, LOINC, SNOMED CT, healthcare terminology mapping or interoperability standards.

• Experience supporting NEHR onboarding, regulatory compliance or digital healthcare initiatives.

• Understanding of laboratory, pathology, microbiology or blood bank workflows.

• Basic SQL knowledge.
