  • Industry/ Organization Type: Precision Engineering
  • Position Title: Process Coordinator / Admin Assistant (Process)
  • Working Location: West (Nearest MRT: Joo Koon)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.30 am to 6.18 pm), (Sat: OT payable)
  • Salary Package: Basic + OT Pay + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the engineering team.
  • Process Lot Travellers documentation.
  • Enter and manage data accurately.
  • Handle document control and organization.
  • Maintain and update Engineering Change Notices (ECN).
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by supervisors.

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Individuals without experience are encouraged to apply, training is provided.
