Job Summary

We're looking for a mid-level Producer on a 6-month contract with potential for renewal. This is a line-producing, production management-focused role. You'll be the operational backbone across multiple projects running simultaneously, keeping things moving from pre-production through to delivery.

You'll work closely with our internal team and occasionally interface with clients, so being personable matters. Your core job is making productions run smoothly, on budget and on time

Responsibilities

• manage multiple productions simultaneously across corporate, branding and TVC projects
• own productions logistics from pre-production through to final delivery, including occasional post-production oversight
• Coordinate and manage freelancers and vendors, covering sourcing, scheduling and keeping everyone aligned
• build and manage production budgets with client-approved parameters, tracking expenditure and flagging variances early
• maintain clear communication across the internal team and flag risks before they become problems
• interface with clients when needed. Professional, calm and solutions-focused

Looking for

• Proven experience as Producer in a production house, agency or equivalent. You know how to hit the ground running.
• Hands-on experience with corporate video, branding content or TVC productions
• Strong logistics and coordination instincts. You don't wait to be told, you move.
• Comfortable managing budgets independently and working with financial guardrails
• Resourceful, self-initiated and able to manage moving parts without hand-holding
• Fluent in Google Workspace
• Based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience working with government or enterprise clients
• Established freelancer and vendor network in Singapore
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving team environment
