Job description

Responsibilities:

• Transmit updated documents/drawings to clients and subcontractors
• Prepare method statements and work procedures; ensure compliance
• Hold weekly/monthly meetings with subcontractors to review progress
• Coordinate activities to meet QOSHE standards
• Conduct project risk impact assessments
• Review construction drawings for accuracy
• Manage resource procurement; monitor material usage to reduce waste
• Assist Project Manager with consultant coordination on change orders
• Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site work
• Inspect incoming materials, maintain records, and return delivery orders to HQ
• Prepare daily reports and maintain inspection records

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant site coordination in building project
• Familiar with QOSHE standards and risk assessment
• Proficient in reading and reviewing construction drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to work independently and multitask on-site
• Knowledge of document control or procurement processes
