Our client is a very reputable A1 main contractor with a strong record in delivering large-scale and prestigious developments across Singapore. The company has successfully completed a wide range of landmark projects in the healthcare, education, HDB, commercial, industrial and private residential sectors.

They are looking for an individual to join them in their growing team, here is your chance to be part of an exciting team geared towards both company and personal success.

Senior Structural Engineer

• Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works.

• Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions.

• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities.

• To coordinate and liaise with consultant, sub-contractors and other trades e.g., M&E and architectural for projects specifications and other technical issues.

• To assist in projects coordination and oversee all structural / civil works onsite and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings.

• Amend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project.

• Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme.

• Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building.

• Minimum 5 years structural coordinator experience in large project, preferably in healthcare project.

• Good knowledge of Structural specifications and requirements.
