Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage trenchless technology projects across Singapore and the region. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of rehabilitation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical, organizational, and client management skills, capable of handling both site operations and project administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from mobilization to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and work reports.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with PUB, LTA, MOM, and international standards (ASTM, BS EN, WRc, etc.).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years’ project management experience in construction, water/wastewater, or trenchless pipeline rehabilitation.
• Proven track record in managing sewer, water, or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and trenchless technologies preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
