Job Description

• Position Title: Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)
• Working Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and sanitary works for residential and commercial projects.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical requirements.
• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Manage project budgets, resources, materials, manpower, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate technical submissions, shop drawings, material approvals, inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure plumbing and sanitary works comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage variations, claims, project documentation, and handover requirements.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Project Engineers and site teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant project experience in Singapore, preferably involving plumbing and sanitary works.
• Good knowledge of plumbing and sanitary system design, installation, testing, and commissioning for residential or commercial buildings.
• Experience managing projects, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project resources.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Strong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous.
