Joinour Quality Service team and play a key role in shaping a positive patient journey while driving service excellence across the hospital.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and resolve patient feedback promptly, ensuring a positive service experience
• Turn patient insights and feedback into meaningful service improvement initiatives
• Coordinate hospital-wide programmes, surveys, events and focus group discussions
• Track and analyse feedback trends, service satisfaction and performance indicators
• Develop and maintain feedback dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Present key insights and recommendations to hospital committees and workgroups
• Champion a strong culture of service excellence and continuous improvement

WhatWe’re Looking For

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of social media; data analytics experience is an advantage
