Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end-to-end hiring processes, build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the growth of dynamic organizations. Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Pioneer batch of this start up and shape it for the future generations of recruiters.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, team culture, and business goals
  • Source and engage candidates through digital platforms, referrals, and events
  • Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit across multiple dimensions
  • Present candidate shortlists with clear rationale and market insights
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination

Requirement

  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Curiosity about people, business, and market dynamics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and poise
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or CRM tools is a plus
