Research Associate / Research Fellow (Healthcare)

📍 Jurong Medical Centre + WFH | Hybrid
💰 $3,200 – $6,000/month
📅 1-Year Contract
🕐 Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–6pm | Friday: 8.30am–5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support health services, implementation and evaluation research projects.
• Develop research protocols, research questions, analysis plans and data collection tools.
• Plan and oversee data collection through surveys, interviews, focus groups, observations and clinical/operational data.
• Clean, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methods.
• Conduct literature reviews, evidence synthesis, programme evaluations and implementation analyses.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations, reports, presentations and publications.
• Ensure research activities comply with ethics requirements, approved protocols and data management standards.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, approvals, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and engage clinicians, operational teams, patients, caregivers and other stakeholders.
• Support grant applications, academic publications, conferences and research dissemination.
