We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Retail Staffmember to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and have an interestin cheese, wine and gourmet products, we'd love to hear from you.

Offer: S$2,100 - S$2,500

Working Schedule

• 5working days per week based on a roster
• Weekdays: 11am – 8pm
• Saturday: 10am – 8pm
• Sunday: 10am – 7pm
• Entitled to 2 weekends off per month based on the work roster

Job Responsibilities

1. Shop Operations

• Support daily shop operations including opening and closing.

• Ensure the shop and storage areas are clean, organized and customer-ready with all cheese, wine and other products properly stored and displayed.

• Support in-store promotions, events and other marketing activities.

2. Sales & Customer Service

• Assist walk-in customers with cheese, wine and product recommendations.

• Handle POS, cashiering, payments and daily sales transactions.

• Assist in preparation and collection/delivery coordination for website / grab orders.

3. Stock & Product Management

• Prepare, cut, wrap and label cheese accurately.

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, product displays and storage conditions.

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock replenishment.

• Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documents.

Requirements

• Interest in cheese, wine and gourmet products is an advantage.

• Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience.

• Must have completed a Food Hygiene course.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable handling cash/POS and basic stock management.

• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
