We are looking for an enthusiastic and sales-driven Retail Executive to promote skincare products and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and introduce skincare products.

• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.

• Achieve individual sales targets and build customer relationships.

• Maintain product displays and keep the retail area clean and presentable.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and sales skills with a proactive attitude.

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

• Comfortable approaching customers and standing for extended periods.

• Experience in skincare, beauty or retail sales is an advantage.

• Able to work rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Salary and Benefits

• Gross salary: $3300 - $4300

• Commission rates: 8%–18%

Work Schedule

• 5 working days per week, with 2 rostered rest days.

• Rostered shifts:

  • 10:30am–8:00pm

  • 11:30am–9:00pm

  • 1:00pm–10:30pm
