Key Responsibilities

Driving Business Performance

• Drive store growth and profitability through strong understanding of KPIs, retail strategies, and customer trends

• Execute sales strategies to achieve targets while ensuring optimal inventory levels and product availability

• Partner closely with the retail team to strengthen selling skills and overall store performance

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Lead and motivate the team to create memorable and personalised customer experiences

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and client engagement are consistently delivered

• Handle customer concerns professionally and support service recovery when required

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with the latest fashion and footwear trends

Maintaining Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily retail operations including rostering, stock management, stock take, and store procedures

• Ensure smooth store operations while adapting quickly to business needs and challenges

• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with brand expectations

Leading & Developing the Team

• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales goals and service excellence

• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the store

• Identify and nurture top performers while supporting career growth and succession planning

• Motivate the team through recognition, teamwork, and strong leadership

Staying Ahead in the Industry

• Keep up with footwear, fashion, and lifestyle trends to ensure the store remains competitive and engaging

• Develop strong product expertise and confidently communicate brand value to customers and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail management within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands

• Strong understanding of KPIs and experience driving business performance

• Passion for fashion, sneakers, and customer engagement

• Strategic mindset with strong leadership and people management skills

• Positive, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
