We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Build strong relationships with clients by delivering attentive, personalised service
Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice to support confident purchase decisions
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active selling and customer engagement
Maintain high standards of store presentation and ensure visual displays align with brand guidelines
Support stock organisation and replenishment to ensure the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing
Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand positioning within the market
1–2 years of retail experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle preferred
Comfortable working on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong passion for customer service and creating great client experiences
Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in fashion, sneakers, and retail culture
