Are you a driven and target-oriented salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment?

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand their hair and scalp concerns
• Recommend suitable treatments, products and packages based on customers' needs
• Drive sales and actively work towards individual and team sales targets
• Build rapport with customers and develop strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases
• Perform basic hair washing and assist with treatment preparation
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the consultation process

📝 Requirements

• Strong sales-driven mindset with a proven ability or desire to achieve targets
• Aggressive, confident and proactive in approaching and engaging customers
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and commission-based environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training
• Hair consultancy / beauty / retail sales experience is an advantage, but not required
• Minimum N-Level and above
