[What the role is]
As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]
• In-charge of (a) ITE Joint Intake Exercises; and (b) MOE Joint Admissions Exercise and ITE Intake exercise for Nitec to Higher Nitec Progression for full-time education programmes, involve the planning, formulation and implementation of policies, strategies and processes in specific functional areas
• Applications processing and assessment, handling appeals, drafting emails/messages, preparing and presenting documents/reports, identifying and propose manual processes for digitalisation or automation, carrying out administrative matters and ad-hoc projects/duties
[What we are looking for]
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (prior experience in similar environment is an advantage). Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to details in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office
• Good with Excel and/or Power BI. Familiar with data analytics tools and/or dashboards set up would be an advantage
• Design infographics and workflow for presentations, communications and/or web preferred
