• Position: Service Engineer (Building Automation / BMS / HVAC)

• Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

• Working hours: 5-days a week, Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5000 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance + WFH Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and service activities.

• Lead and manage subcontractors for maintenance and service works.

• Perform routine system checks, backup, restoration and troubleshooting.

• Support BMS system upgrades, improvement works and optimisation.

• Ensure service works comply with client, authority and project requirements.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and vendors on service matters.

• Request quotations, coordinate purchase orders and follow up on service works.

• Provide technical support and guidance to facilities management teams.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance updates and project documentation.

• Support building energy efficiency through proper BMS operation and optimisation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 2 years of service, maintenance or facilities engineering experience.

• Knowledge of BMS, HVAC or building automation systems will be advantageous.

• PLC knowledge will be advantageous.

• Able to coordinate subcontractors, vendors and client stakeholders.

• Good troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently and manage service deliverables on schedule.
