Working closely with NP schools, senior professionals, students, and external partners, the incumbent will lead the co-creation of innovative intergenerational programmes, pilot new initiatives, and establish frameworks to measure impact and guide future growth.

  • Forge and manage strategic partnerships across industry, government, community, and educational sectors to co-create and scale high-impact intergenerational initiatives.

  • Establish impact measurement frameworks, monitor key outcomes, and prepare strategic reports and recommendations for senior management, funders, and external stakeholders.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of flagship events, showcases, and outreach initiatives that strengthen ENCORE’s profile, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development.

[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Education, Community Development, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in programme development, adult learning, community engagement, innovation, or partnership development, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership-building capabilities, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders across the public, private, and people sectors

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with experience in impact measurement, reporting, and change management.

  • Passion for lifelong learning, purposeful longevity, and intergenerational collaboration, with a commitment to creating innovative opportunities for experienced professionals and communities.
